What you need:
– Milk – 170 ml
– Flour – 130 gr
– Egg – 1
– Soft butter – 2 tbspoon
– Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
– Sugar – 2 tbspoon
– Nutella
Let’s make it:
1. Whisk egg and sugar, pour in milk, butter and mix together. Add salt with KSL Electric Grinder.
2. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and mix together.
3. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
4️. Leave the batter for 5 minutes- you’ll see bubbles on the top.
5️. Heat a skillet, pour 2 spoons of batter on it, add Nutella and cover with layer of batter.
6️. Cook until browned on each side.
7. Enjoy a simple and delicious meal!
